About Innovative Technologies Using in E-Voting Process

Abstract

The article deals with innovative approaches to the study and implementation of the theory and practice of the electoral process of modern technologies of e-democracy and e-voting. Appealing to the need to take into account of international experience of e-democracy in its three stages: teledemocracy, cyber democracy, e-democracy and main basic forms: the construction and operational update on the officia l website s o f politica l parties, thei r leader s an d public figures; creation of electronic parties; realization of the right of legislative initiative and the right to a referendum; proper organization of electronic voting, etc… Carried out a comparative analysis of the categories of “electronic democracy” and “e-government”, as well as they explore the nature of the phenomenon of e-voting.
