Features of Corporate Management Mongolian Companies

Abstract

The author notes the relevance of the study of national models of corporate governance under the influence of globalization, the development of e-business and integration. The analysis of modern models of corporate governance, and describes the features of Mongolian corporations. The author proposes to build an adaptive model of the modern Mongolian system of management of large corporations.
