Abstract

The article deals with problems of implementation of the competitive advantages of Russia and its regions in the «age of turbulence». The contribution of the Nobel Prize winner A. Deaton to the development of economic theory and practice, the application of its recommendations to solve the problems out of the difficult economic situation in Russia. The author offers his own view of the problem of realization of competitive advantages, outlined some priorities and goals formed the Country Development Strategy till 2030.
