Abstract

The article examines the basis for excitation of Affairs about administrative offence s i n the sphere of the securities market, they are the classification is determined by the place of reasons for the possible excitation of Affairs about administrative offence s i n th e spher e o f securities market at this stage of manufacture on Affairs about administrative offences, traces the evolution of the legislation on administrative offences in the securities market, analyzes the institution of administrative investigation provided the current administrative code and the draft N 9575816 code of the Russian Federation about administrative offences (as amended, introduced in the state Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, the text as 18.12.2015), the necessity of any change in the procedure of excitation of Affairs about administrative offences in the sphere of securities market.
