Abstract

In the article, the role of the military and technical cooperation (MTC) of Russia with the foreign states in ensuring national security of the country is considered. It is shown, that MTC is important function of system of Public administration of national security as its results in a varying degree influence basic elements of national security: state, public, information, ecological, economic, transport, power.
