Abstract

In the second part of article on the basis of materials of the central and regional archives, collections of documents of party and Soviet bodies of front-line areas, memoirs, newspapers of wartime organizing activity of the State committee of defense, the Councils of War, local bodies for mobilization of the population on construction of autocart roads and their maintenance in proper condition, construction of the railroad Stary Oskol - Rzhava which had important military value for the Voronezh front is considered, the contribution of residents of front-line areas to a victory of the Soviet troops on the Kursk Bulge, their courage and labor heroism is shown.
