Abstract

In the article based on earlier researches, memoirs of architects of Blockaded Leningrad and archival documents activity of Architectural and planning management of executive committee of Lengorsovet and its officials is analyzed. An assessment of activity of Architectural and planning management in the course of work on creation of defensive works, masking, and the shelter of cultural values, important city and industrial facilities is given.
