Economization of state administration

Abstract

The article is dedicated to the consideration of the problem of economization in the system of state administration from the point of view of economical perspective and economization limit definition. Detailed consideration of the term «economization» is introduced, and economization purposes and tools are defined. It is pointed out that the problem of economization is most closely connected with the other fundamental society problem: who and on what legal or political base has legitimate right to decide what goods and benefits should be produced in the society with the help of available limited resources, and on the base of what principles the goods and benefits should be distributed between society members. It is pointed out the existence of special limitations of market and competitive tools of income distribution.
