On the specific features of the insurance in the system of power structures of Russian state service

Abstract

System of the sources of legislation for obligatory state insurance is described. The author points out drawbacks connected in particular with a large number of contradictive bylaws, often duplicating each other, and also distinguishes terminological inaccuracies resulting in confusion or mixing different terms, attributed to insurance in general. The structure and foundations of legal relations are considered in detail related to insurance in general and also related to attributes to which insurance obligations should respond.
