The textbook on municipal management in educational process

Abstract

The article is dedicated to the new educational book «Municipal entities management», issued by the North-West Academy of Public Administration. The author of the educational book is the Doctor of the Sociological Sciences, The Chairman of the Committee on the question of local self-government of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, S. M. Kirichuk. The article contains numerous comments on the book, expressed during the presentation of the latter in the hall of the Scientific council of the North-West Academy of Public Administration. It was noticed that the book has educational mission and deeply disclosed the technology of management.
