Municipal Services as a Kind of Public Services

Abstract

In the article different definitions of the concept «municipal service» are given and their comparative analysis is developed. The author introduces his own definition of the concept and gives grounds for its treatment. Besides, existing systems of municipal services classification are given in the article, as well as their merits and demerits are described in detail. At the end the list of the clue issues aimed to the construction of the system of municipal service management is given.
