Abstract

After a short period of neglect social engineering once again gaining ground in educational activities. The author of the article defines the status of social engineering, bringing together the position of the sociologist and an engineer. As a sociologist, he focuses his career on the solution of practical social problems. As an engineer he uses in his practice of engineering methods and development.
