Training of Highly Qualified Personnel in the North-West Academy of Public Administration

Abstract

The article is devoted to the history of development of a network of dissertation councils in the North-West Academy of Public Administration (NWAPA) from 1991 to 2011. A brief review of the subject matter of dissertation researches protected in NWAPA is given. The results of the council activities are summarized. The problems, which should be solved in the nearest future which arise in the process of preparing and defending a dissertation researches, are shown.
