Formation Institute for Public-Private Partnership in the Russian Federation

Abstract

The article justifies the necessity of use of publicprivate partnership while implementing regional economic policy. The authors examine the problem of legal definition of publicprivate partnerships, as well as consider possible models of its use in the regions of the Russian Federation. The concrete results of partnership between business and government are shown taking the Ulyanovsk region as an example.
