Abstract

The authors examine the legal, economic, economic and legal approaches to the definition of the Institute of the shadow economy. The article substantiates the status of the «shadow» state, which exists in the Russian Federation over the past two decades. It is noted that the formation of criminality in Russia contributes to corruption, which is based on the «shadow» capital.
