Abstract

The article deals with the right of property in Russia. The author shows that none of the components of the right of property is working in Russia, as well as the selectivity of this right is increasing. Mechanism for protecting property rights proposed by Yavlinsky is examined and irrationalization of property relations due to state corporation establishing is analyzed.
