Abstract

In article on the basis of the comparative-legal analysis of the legal foundations of the Soviets of people's deputies of the RSFSR and the municipal representative bodies of the Russian Federation examined the general and the difference between these bodies. The conclusion is made that the local Soviets of people's deputies-the tats are harmoniously combined in itself the state of people's power and the os-the basic features of the local self-government. Due to this, between them in the part of these authorities and the procedure of the election of the material is no difference.
