Abstract

The article presents the methodological approaches to assessing the level of economic development, which allows the use of costbased selection of areas (regions, territories, settlements) in terms of the availability of more favorable conditions for the full, complete and high-quality logistics troops (forces), based on the principles of outsourcing.
