Abstract

The regional management of the traditional natural resources tenure under circumstances of the development of the bourgeois relations after the Great reforms 1860ty years in the Russian North region are analyzed. It is proved that there were three levels of problems: poor delimitation of powers between various authorities, complexity of the interdepartmental interaction and availability of the various kinds of natural recourse’s property.
