Abstract

This article deals with the Soviet legislation about individual labor disputes in details and its specificity at different stages of the political history of the country. The author describes both the positive and the negative experiences in the activities of bodies that resolve labor disputes. It is state that the latter may be useful in presentday conditions with the introduction of labor law novels regulating relations in the area of labor disputes.
