Abstract

The paper considers the necessity of changing the approach to understanding the state identity in the context of globalization and informatization and development of higher education of civil servants as a tool for the formation of their state identity. The authors describe some main aspects of state identity, such as cognitive, attitudinal, normative and behavioral, which formation is necessary in the process of professional education of civil servants.
