Possibility of application of a method of Strategic Management for management of Innovations in system of public administration is considered. Its main advantages in providing of: goal development of this system; flexible and timeful reaction on external challenges; it`s leading role in realization of priorities of Public Policy; formation of innovative culture in a counterbalance to external changes.
