Abstract

In the article the general characteristic of the mechanism of constitutional and legal regulation, i. e. special and legal influence of the Constitution in two aspects - its structural and subject characteristic, and also the functional analysis from realization positions (including selfrealization of the constitutional norms in forms of right using, right execution and right observance) and applications of regulations of the Constitution, and also protection of the Basic Law is given.
