Philosophical and Cultural Aspects of the Historical Process in the Thinking of German Romantics (for example, the views of F. Schlegel and Novalis)

Abstract

The article is devoted to the historiographic analysis of views of the Jena romantics on philosophy of history and culture in a section of idea of a historical cycle, continuous improvement and forward progressive development of the history. The material about reflections of the German romantics is given in the light of a keen interest of a modern humanitarian thought in cyclic compositions of the history.
