Abstract

Cost-oriented approach to planning goal indicators of public health care resources was substantiated via accounting resource-related health characteristics and social significance of public activities. It was proposed to produce cost equivalents of indicators by determining social priorities for the use of budget funds and analysis of the most cost-effective activities ensuring a given level of the goal indicators.
