Social oriented Mechanism of Land Allocation for Housing Construction (on the Example of Primorski Krai)

Abstract

In article one of approaches to the solution of housing problem of inhabitants of regions of the Russian Federation (on the example of Primorsky territory) is considered, and also the mechanism of effective realization of housing policy in the territory of the Russian Federation, leaning on socially oriented granting the land plots under housing construction is offered.
