Globalization as a Result and Stimulus of Institutionalization

Abstract

Institutional and technological changes led to amazing take-off of globalization. How not to become its victim? The summary table of results of sociological polls of 2008/2010/2012 years which testify that school education doesn't give necessary preparation for training at university is provided in article, there is no fundamental basis and dynamics to improvement. The institutionalization towards “The soft force” and public diplomacy, use of tendency to deep tradition of fundamental education in Russia will allow to increase prestige and appeal of the country, will help to distinguish momentary values from the really global better. Receiving in addition vocational education, including in the International relations and public diplomacy, will help to enter into global international processes by the creator, instead of the performer of will of other countries.
