Business Processes Management as Special Resources of the Organization

Abstract

The purpose of the work is the analysis of management of business processes in the organization. During work the concept of process management is applied by the organization. As a result of the analysis of management by business processes of the organization it is revealed that use of process approach expediently and actually at all stages of development of the company beginning from the small organizations and finishing network structures. Thus, both creation of new business processes, and optimization of the existing demands a number of special approaches, and also the qualitative analysis of the current situation in total taking into account strategic and tactical targets and organization tasks.
