Media Component in the Doctrine of Information Security

Abstract

In this paper, the authors explain the necessity of revising the text of the Doctrine of Information Security, which was adopted more than 13 years ago and offer to change its basic provisions for the media. Due to the changing geopolitical conditions and the prevalence of conflict-models of relations between states there is a need to strengthen Russia's position in a globalized world. The authors offer their own version of the Regulations and the expansion of the Doctrine of articles relating to the mass media, which played a key role in influencing the society and therefore included as a core element of noopolicy.
