Foreign Policy of EU in a Context of Debate about the European Global Strategy

Abstract

The article is devoted to the characteristic of the main problems which EU faces during formation of active foreign policy in a context of strengthening of positions of sovereign players in the field of the international cooperation and foreign policy activity. The solution of perspective problems of OVPB is directly connected for the European Union with process of formation of Global Strategy, in article the main directions of discussions concerning folding of a strategic course of EU in the conditions of crisis with prospect of providing a global role of the Union in modern international processes are reflected.
