Abstract

In this article we can find information about differen t problem s i n th e spher e o f th e crime, marked in the Criminal Code OF Russian Federation «Cruelty to animals». The author draws a conclusion that law enforcement has many difficulties. There are many examples when a criminal really makes this crime and does not be punished.
