Abstract

Freedom of expression and it legal guaranties are reviewed in the context of democracy standards enforced by the state government. These democracy standards are studied as a legal basis of modern economy. Virtual nature of media communication is presented as a social space for the legal reality of a new kind. Article is specially focused on modern creative relations that are aimed to produce media content under the freedom of expression.
