Abstract

The article is devoted to the review of Saint-Petersburg’s practice of private-state partnership in the area of pharmaceutical clusters. It considers the main problems and juristic-technical obstacles arising in the process of implementation of projects of private-state partnership in the territory of RF. Authors also denoted accent of Republic of Belarus in this sphere of economic.
