Theoretical Aspects and Experience of Indicative Planning of Social and Economic Development

Abstract

Modern economy is systems of the mixed type in which elements of the state central planning and market self-regulation of social and economic processes are combined. Most effectively this combination is carried out within the approach which has received the name “indicative planning”. The author considered features of his implementation in various countries and recommendations on improvement of indicative planning in Russia are submitted.
