Place of the Contract of Multimodal Transportation in System of Transport Contracts

Abstract

This paper explores the issues of contractual regulation of multimodal transport. The paper considers the system of civil legal contracts, a system of transport contracts, as well as organizational transport contracts. The author analyzes the problems of contractual regulation of multimodal carriage of goods, determines the place of this type of contract in the system of transport contracts.
