Abstract

In article materials are analyzed in respect of strategic aims which are contained in the Presidential Decree of Russian Federation number 599 of May 7, 2012 “on measures to realize state policy in the field of education and science”. Special attention is paid to description of systems of management in leading universities of USA and Russian Federation in the context of guarantee of their competitiveness on the global education market.
