Formation of Far East Border Policy of Russia

Abstract

The article focuses on the process of organizing of Russian Far East near-border policy and cooperation of regional actors in transborder governing of relations in Asia-Pacific region. The author step-by-step reveals peculiarities of cooperation of Russia and ATR countries in the course of constructing of near-border national economy and labor migration. The author analyses current condition of the Russian Far East near-border policy, indicates and interprets central and local departments’ approaches to the improvement of near-border policy Russian-Chinese human migration negative consequences.
