Abstract

In the article review concerns the current state and prospects of harmonization of legislation EurAsEC member states considering the formation of the Eurasian Economic Union. The author reveals the need to develop a model draft of a legislative act EurAsEC member states «On of external labor migration». The central element of this discourse is the free movement of labor.
