Abstract

The paper highlights the current deplorable state of Russian economics. The stagnation is accounted for by the influence of modern world economics and politics, as well as by the neoliberal course of the Russian Government. The paper provides the analysis of the works by both neoliberal academics and their opponents supporting the enforcement of state regulation on the country’s reindustrialization.
