Theoretical and Practical Bases of Application of the Effective Contract in an Artistic Higher Education Institution

Abstract

The article deals with the basic approaches to the change over of the artistic higher education institution (conservatory) employees to work by effective contract. The author describes developed effectiveness criteria and measures of the faculty, aimed towards the institution common goals achievement, such as public assignment processing, work effectiveness increasing, service quality improving, increasing of the competitive ability of institution on the educational services market. Effectiveness criteria and measures take into account the head of the institution rights to assess the employees' contribution to the overall results of the institution activities.
