Abstract

Authors discuss in the article about the implementation of quality management systems (QMS) in domestic universities. They make some concludes. For example, often these systems have only formal nature and it can leads to inefficien t syste m o f universit y management. Authors offer a way how to increase the effectivenes s o f th e QM S whic h i s base d o n th e Business Process Management (ВРМ). In the article, authors give assesses the potential application of BPM approach to improve the effectiveness of the QMS in the modern university. They make analysis of existing opensource systems class BPMS and justified choice of RunaWFE for implementation as automation environment krosfunktsional execution processes of the university.
