Actual Problems of Development Public Civil Service Russian Federation

Abstract

Article is devoted to actual problems of improvement of institute of the public civil service of the Russian Federation. In it the main maintenance of a state policy in the sphere of the civil service directed on creation of regulatory legal base, a control system of public service, formation of highly skilled personnel structure of the public service providing productivity and efficiency of public administration reveals. In article author's offers on the solution of topical issues of further development of the public civil service of the Russian Federation are formulated.
