Remarks to Researches of Administrative Justice in Russia

Abstract

This article focuses on the institution of administrative justice. Article under consideration the prerevolutionary period and modern studies of administrative justice in Russia. The author considers two legal forms of exercise of the right of citizens to file a complaint against the decisions of state bodies and officials. One form is called an administrative grievance procedure, another form is a judicial grievance procedure. The separation in the legislation of the Russian Federation was formed historically. But these processes, researchers pay attention to the experience of Western Europe, where the administrative grievance procedure has its own judicial form. This study the European experience in Russia has about 100 years. Retrospective of these studies is reflected in the article.
