Features Implementation of International Law in the Legal Systems of Post-socialist States

Abstract

Institute the implementation of international norms and principles generally accepted in the national legal systems of post-socialist states is investigated; methods implementation of international law, procedure implementation of international law in the legal systems of post-socialist states are considered. The general features and characteristics of the Institute implementation of international law in the legal systems of the post-socialist states are identified. The features of the constitutional and legislative recognition of international law in the post-socialist states, including those related to participation in post-socialist states of various international associations of different status is showed. The ratio of international and domestic law post-socialist states is defined.
