Remuneration of Labor and Motivation of Medical Professionals at The Transition Period to the Effective Contract

Abstract

One of the priorities of carried out healthcare system reform is to motivate medical professionals to provide volume-quality of health care. Russia continues the transition to the new systems of labour remuneration in budget organizations. Today’s stage involves making effective contracts with each employee and achievement of new ratio of average wage in the industry by 2018. Incentive payments play a special role in remuneration and motivation of medical professionals. The given article presents developed and implemented approach to calculation and distribution of incentive payments taking into account qualitative and quantitative indicators.
