Abstract

The article analyzes the risks involved in the preparation and implementation of the concession agreement. The basic types of risks of the parties of the concession agreement, the stages of risk analysis and the criteria for their distribution among the participants of the project. The article presents the possible option of risk allocation between the parties. The article also describes the main directions of development of concession legislation, reduces the risk of the private side of the project.
