About Legal Responsibility for Violations of the Low of the Russian Federation in the Field of Information Security: Problems and Prospects

Abstract

The author analyses the legislation of the Russian Federation and foreign countries which establishes legal responsibility for irregularities in the field of information security. The research of crime dynamics has been done, the problems have been revealed and the prospects for the legislation development have been outlined.
