Abstract

In the article on the example of Ural Mining and Metallurgical Company the concept and specifics of displaying of logistical risks is considered; the author made an attempt to enter their specified classification by levels and logistic stages. The recommendations about improvement of management of logistical risks connected with organizational changes in a control system of the enterprise are offered.
