Abstract

In the article on the basis of the analysis of financial, administrative, civil law and theory of administrative -legal provisions considered and investigated the concept of «financial market» and «financial services» identifies the main functions of financial market classification of financial markets according to certain criteria, researched the subjects and objects of the financial market, the content of administrative legal relations arising between the participants of the securities market, as well as control and supervision in the financial markets.
