On a Question of Risk Management of the Innovative Project (on the Example of the Customs Sphere of the Russian Federation)

Abstract

The achievement of Russia’s strategic purpose is way in innovative economy and at the realization innovative project. Development and realization of innovative projects in all spheres are national and economic base for the state safety. Innovative projects are source of the special risks developing, because the process of risk management demands special methods. In article the problem of logistics is considered as the customs and business spheres functions and the IT sector of this system is considered as the perspective platform for introduction of innovations. Else, authors gives the main signs of innovative projects, the classification of supply chain risks, the concrete recommendations on improvement the risk management system and inclusion of additional stages in it.
